Overview

Our Daily Distillery Tours attract many guests as they provide a greater understanding of how we distill our many award winning spirits. Guests get a better understanding of our farming, sustainability, and distilling practices.

Itinerary

Follow the journey from farm to bottle, and learn how we make our single estate cultivated rum and Ink Gin. Distillery tours last approximately 45 minutes and include a Husk Botanic & Tonic on arrival, a guided tasting of Ink Gin, an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery before finishing with a rum tasting flight in the Barrel House. Book a tour during the week and you may see the production team in action - fermenting, distilling and crushing sugar cane during the harvest season (August-October), and bottling Ink Gin all year round. Our Daily Distillery Tour includes the equivalent of approximately 2 standard drinks. Drivers can exchange the welcome drink for a non-alcoholic mocktail or coffee. A lazy Sunday afternoon

A fun, knowledgable tour with a good selection of gins and rum to taste. Good value for money. Enjoyed the lunch beforehand also.

Beautiful location and really interesting tour

Marc from Husk was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend. We loved meeting the distillers and learning more about the amazing gin and the farm.

Best tour at a distillery

This was one of the best tours I have done of a distillery for a long time. I need to mention Mark our tour guide who was funny and very informative. The tastings were value for money, $49. You get an introduction drink, 3 gin tastings. Then, at the end of the tour, a further 4 Rum tastings. May I say you will be blown away with Hush products. Even if you are not a Rum drinker you will be surprised. Totally an amazing experience. I will be back.

Husk Distillery tour - a worthwhile experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and were especially impressed by the depth of knowledge our guide, Jeremy had of Husk. Jeremy is an absolute asset to Husk. His warmth, friendliness and passion oozed (not to mention his cheeky sense of humour). Loved the welcome drink and sampling as part of the tour. I will be recommending this experience to friends. Absolutely worth a drive on a weekend or a weekday off.
