The Hunter Valley has some of Australia's best wine, food, cheese, chocolate and spirits and we’ll try them all on this tour as we visit 3 wineries, and a distillery. Each stop includes a guided tasting by a local supplier with behind the scenes tours at select locations. In addition to all the great local producers we visit, the tour also includes a relaxed with a wine, craft beer or cider to allow guests to take in the Valley’s charm. Free pick ups are from accommodation in Lovedale, Pokolbin or Rothbury. Pick ups can be provided outside of these locations but charges may apply.

Great day out

Well organised trip. Drew was our guide and driver and he was brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. All locations visited were really good, dinner was pizzas and salad and they were vg. A really nice group of like minded people on tour. Can thoroughly recommend it.

What a great day, Our guide Chris was so entertaining and the wine stops had different samples to try. One of the planned stops had a fire that morning and it was where we were supposed to have lunch. They were able to rearrange on the fly so we didn't experience a disruption. The only thing that would have improved the tour would be lie flat seats for the return ride to Sydney!

Dave arrived on time, and was such an upbeat guy. He filled us in on the flow of the day. He talked the entire drive and gave us All such a great history lesson about Sydney Australia . He was engaging, and answered any and all questions we had. The wineries we visited were great. The first, Oakville was our favorite . The wine hostess was fun and very knowledgeable, and the wines we tasted there Were excellent. We also had the most delicious lunch at Briar Ridge? winery. One winery did a cheese pairing, and the other a chocolate pairing. We ended at the gin distillery, which was a blast. We tasted way too Many types of gins, and liqueurs. We did buy some liqueurs to bring back home. We had a long but terrific day with Dave. We all wanted to see kangaroos During our Australian vacation. Dave found a “mob of kangaroos “ And he stopped the van and pulled over so we could takes lots of pictures Of the kangaroos. It was the highlight of a great day for us . Thank you Dave

Fantastic day in the Hunter Valley. Excellent your guide, Col, AKA Clip board Dave. Very comfortable 12 seater bus. Visiting a selection of boutique wineries. We weren't fans of the glitter Gin but I'm sure this would appeal to a younger crowd!
