Prior to your collections you will be emailed or receive an SMS providing you with your driver's details and vehicle details. You can also download the Cab My Ride app where you'd be able to track your driver too. This is a shared transfer so you will may share the vehicle with other travelers. Maximum of 4 passengers per vehicle.
Airport Collections: Your driver will meet you inside the Airport Terminal upon arrival. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress.
Hotel Collections: Your driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress, we would request you provide us with your room number before the collection as the receptionist may contact you once we've arrived.
Cruise Terminal Collections: Your driver will meet you at arrivals. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress. We recommend that you contact us on the day of your collection to specify what time you'd like the driver to arrive if you've not already been given a slot on board.

Excellent service! IAN WAS AMAZING! We requested him again after he transferred us from Gatwick Airport to Southampton ! Most important time management. Ian was early for both pickups and booking was a breeze. Will definitely use them again in 2025 when we fly into Southampton for a cruise 10/10 highly recommend!
