When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our representative or driver will be standing displaying a name bored with your name.

What To Expect

1. Southampton A representative will greet you at the Cruise terminals holding a name board with your name, the service is available from 07.30AM on selected cruise arrival days, with the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15 AM from Southampton Cruise terminals direct to Heathrow Airport Terminals 2,3,4,5 or Heathrow Airport Hotel and London Hotel in one of our fully air-conditioned and spacious Minivan or Minibus which holds between 8 travelers and luggage.

The duration of the Journey is an approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions, Arrival at Heathrow airport will be at approximately between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. and London between 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
