You will walk with a guide through the old streets of Knidos with a guide who will tell you a lot about the ancient city.You will see where Aphrodite lived and took her bath as well as Hypocrates his dad was born in Knidos. In the evening a stunning sunset can be seen in Knidos. Note we need a minimum booking of 3 persons to go with this regular tour.

    After we picked you up from your hotel we will drive to the ancient city of Knidos together with the guide we will walk through the ancient streets of Knidos to see the ancient city.

Our Amazing Day

The ancient site itself was an Amazing experience,it is vast and Janet from Green Nature was the perfect guide. We were able to access places at the site that we may have missed without her guidance. It is truly a stunning place between the Aegean and Mediterranean sea, a true gem of a place, and pretty much off the beaten track. Janet made our trip so enjoyable and she took us to places that we would never have seen. We had great company with a couple of Turkish ladies in our group, and we really had a fun and memorable day out. Janet was very knowledgeable and very accommodating, we really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

It was a great trip with interesting history of the region combined with beautyfull scenery and views, we enjoyed the trip and it was guided professionally and with passion. The guide was well informed and it was nice to be able to do it in our Native language as well ( Dutch )

Best tour guide ever!

Viator messed up and didn't let Janet know about the booking. Having not heard anything, I phoned up a couple of hours before and she offered to do the tour the next morning, even though she wouldn't be making any money from it. Janet is so lovely - she offered to hold my luggage for the day and even drove me to the ferry port in the early evening. She has boundless enthusiasm for the history and culture of the area and was a constant source of knowledge. She went out of her way to show me lesser known sites and to introduce me to her archaeologist friend who will be able to provide me with a valuable insight at some point. She offered advice on travel, sent me pictures of Knidos in different seasons and was so easy to talk to, never lost for words. Knidos was interesting and situated in a wonderful remote location that effected the atmosphere of a lost world. I cannot recommend more highly. Thank you Janet.
