Vera was a wonderful guide - so knowledgeable and flexible to allow us to tour at our own pace and explained so much about Patmos. loved the monastery and the view from the windmills. The Chora town was so sweet and relaxing to stroll through.

My wife and I went to Patmos in September 2023, for 1 day as part of a cruise (Azamera) adventure. It was one of the most important and anticipated parts of the trip. I wanted to see the cave in which John dictated Revelations, which became the last chapter of the Bible. I enjoyed the bus excursion around the island.

An interesting tour where we even got to see the mayor, I think our guide planned it special, lol. We enjoyed our time on Patmos , and after our tour had a great lunch in town. Having a private guide gives you so much information on the history surrounding you that you just don't get when viewing on your own

Angela, our guide, was so amazing with both the depth of knowledge she shared and also how she allowed us to feel at home on her home island and share authentic answers to the many questions we asked about living on Patmos now as well as in the past!!

What a great trip. Private excursion is the way to go! Giovanni was a great guide and knew all the historical aspects of the area. We spent lots of time getting into the details of the region. The island was beautiful and much less pressure shopping than the larger islands.
