Overview

We do everything: from harvesting to bottling; from the refinement of fruit trees to tree pruning. Our products are an expression of our principles and the result of a lot of passion and passion. Sustainability and production in harmony with nature is very important - but also the latest findings from oenology and suggestions from cider producers in other countries. Experience all of this in the wonderful surroundings of our remote little valley, in the middle of the Black Forest at 800 meters above sea level.

Together we taste a number of sparkling wines from our own production; with lots of background information and fun! When the weather is nice, we take a walk through one of our orchards.

Beautiful farm and memorable cider tasting tasting experience!

We had the pleasure of attending a wonderfully hosted cider tasting by Peter and Wendy at their charming home in Schwarzwald. Their passion and love for cider were evident throughout the evening. Surrounded by their picturesque apple and pear tree farms, as well as their lush fruit and herb gardens, we enjoyed a dynamic range of ciders and innovative ideas that truly inspired us to explore more. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience.
