    What To Expect


    1. Here, you can buy a variety of souvenirs, from Japanese folk crafts to the latest fashionable accessories and delicious sweets. We hope you will find your favorite souvenir to remember your visit to Japan. 20 minutes
    2. In Japan, there is a culture of “yatai,” a row of stores that look like a row of small tents. Here, you will find many stores where you can enjoy gyoza (dumplings), yakitori (grilled chicken), and sake, all of which are famous in Japanese izakaya (Japanese style pubs). There are also many cute sweet stores lined up. Please try to find something you like. 30 minutes
    3. Here you can eat cute and colorful dumplings. These colorful dumplings are very popular in Japan, and many people post pictures of them on Instagram. Please try to take pictures of the cute dumplings. 10 minutes

Worship at shrines, the cultural starting point of Kamakura, the capital of the Samurai A very historic place, the shrine was moved to Kamakura by Minamoto no Yoritomo, the leader of the Shogunate who destroyed one of the two major factions that existed in Japan in the 12th century, in order to worship the god of military fortune. 40 minutes
    6. You will enjoy Japanese sweets in a very atmospheric cafe located in Tsurugaoka Hachiman Shrine. You will enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere in a tranquil setting. 30 minutes
    7. Go to the store that sells the most famous souvenir of Kamakura, the dove-shaped cookies. They are very cute and delicious cookies. How about buying them as souvenirs? 30 minutes
