Saqqara is one of several other notable necropolis sites near Cairo that offer impressive sights and hold great archaeological significance. The most famous structure there is Djoser’s Step Pyramid. The world's oldest major stone structure. It was built in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser. It is the first pyramid built in Egypt and it is also the first large-scale cut-stone structure in the world

Memphis and Sakkara

Memphis which was founded by King Menes, and was the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom, it was considered to be a center of rule and culture for over 3000 years the first capital of Egypt. Among the most important monuments in the open museum of Meet Raheena - ruins left from ancient Memphis - are the statue of Ramses II at the entrance and the huge statue of Ramses II which lies on the ground. There is also a statue of Alabaster in the image of the Sphinx and some other monuments.

What an amazing incredible day we had with this tour. Our tour guide was Mohammed Zahran , probably the best guide in Egypt. We were given lots of information and interesting facts about Egypt. Mohammed is a very knowledgeable person and at the same time he was very much jovial. We would recommend this tour and also Mohammed to anybody who would like to have a great Pyramid tour with interesting facts.

A unique experience that I highly recommend! Thanks to our excellent tour guide, Mohamed, we learned a lot about history, took fantastic photos, had fun, and enjoyed new experiences. We were in Cairo for 2 days and wanted to see the Pyramids and the Museum. Our guide Mohamed made sure we maximize the trip. He speaks fluent English and keeps a deep.knowledge of Egyptian history. He is super friendly and my 10 years old son never left his sight. He helped us to understand how to go around locally,specially in the Bazar. He also took us to a great Shawarma place and we all loved it. He takes great photos as well. So highly recommend for a great experience in Cairo.
