Overview

Join a team of professionals on an actual paranormal investigation of 416 W Liberty Street. You will be in a group of 12 or less, providing you with more of an opportunity to make a personal connection during the experience. The site of 416 W Liberty Street is shrouded in mystery and lore. From Revolutionary War battles, a connection to a triple-axe murder, and the previous seedy nature of the neighborhood, 416 W Liberty is the perfect historic location to hunt for paranormal experiences. Savannah is known as the Most Haunted City in America so be sure to bring your cell phone and take lots of photos. Who knows what you'll discover and expose!

Experience of a lifetime.

Ted was amazing. Taught us how all the eq worked and show some of his personal finding. We had the experience of a lifetime for fans of the paranormal but in no way experts. Ted is definitely an expert in this field.

Great time with Ghost Hunters of Savannah Paranormal Investigation

This is our first visit to this location, and we had a great time. Andrew and Lexi were our hosts. They did a fantastic job going through the history, explaining how to properly use the equipment they provided, and took time to answer questions about their personal experiences with the paranormal. There were 7 participants who were very positive and fun to investigate with as well. We had a couple of experiences including a direct EVP on our recorder, and my wife being scratched. There were two ornamental fixtures at the third floor stairway entrance. One moved the entire time we were there. I am not saying that this is paranormal, but I could not determine why it was happening and found it interesting. I highly recommend visiting this location; we will go back the next time we visit Savannah.

A Hidden Gem of Spirit Encounters! Absolute Must Try!

We have done ghost tours and investigations in Savannah for the last 25 years - and this experience was the absolute pinnacle of them all! It was a very active building featuring two main floors of three with a **fantastic** guide, Katie, who offered to be as hands on or hands off in the experience as guests wanted (we were very thankful she remained with us through the investigation to guide and assist - especially when others in the investigation wanted to attempt the Estes Method [very exciting!]!). We had an array of instruments to use, such as the REM Pod, EMF, Thermal Cameras, Grids, Spirit Box, Mapping Software, "cat toys" and Ovilus. We had *consistent* interaction with a number of "residents" through all mediums and with it being such a small group, it really gave us quality time in investigation where it didn't feel crowded or rushed like many similar experiences can be. Many eerie moments but also really intriguing and exciting ones! The history of the building is shared while being introduced to the investigation opportunity and certainly explains why there are so many opportunities for entity encounters. Husband loved it, teen girl loved it - I loved it and we will certainly be back again at this location! If you're looking for something absolutely unique to all the ghost tourism activities in Savannah - DO NOT pass on this experience! Bring your phones for camera and recording - you may find quite the souvenir of your trip to Savannah!

An eerily good time

My group had such a good time, we forgot to take photos! There was lots of spirit activity and a few of them even called us by name!!! (Both equally, creepy and exciting!) We could have easily spent all night exploring here
