Walk down the walkway more than 100 meters above - Cross the canyon on the suspension bridge - Make a short stop in a typical small white Andalusian town

  • El Caminito del Rey

    Visit the Caminito del Rey on a guided day trip from Malaga, what used to be one of the most dangerous paths in the world. Enjoy the beauty of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes on this path which has been rebuilt in 2015 to a very safe walk and suitable for everyone. Start your excursion at the meeting point in the center of Malaga, where the guides will welcome you and answer all your questions. Take the bus with air conditioning and enjoy the views of the countryside during the approximately 45-minute drive. Arrive at Caminito del Rey and begin your exciting walk along the cliffs through the natural canyons. Discover the history, the evolution while listening to some facts about this unique path. (The walk in Caminito del Rey is about 3:30 hours). After the excursion in Caminito del Rey, you can relax and eat something near "El Chorro" Return to the meeting point in Malaga by coach after an incredible day in nature, full of photos and unforgettable memories.

Exciting afternoon walking cliffside. Even with mild fear of heights the walk was manageable. Mostly flat with some stairs. Group had people of all ages. Very informative guide.

The hike on Caminito del Rey was breath taking and worth travelling to Málaga to experience. Making the experience even better was our guide Javier. Giving us a good amount of knowledge about the hike and the surroundings without overloading us with information, helping us take pictures and also let us just enjoy the hike and views.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the trail as well as the natural landscape. This was not a frightening experience and I felt safe the entire hike. Would do it again!
