Everglades kayaking and slogging adventure at it's best! Enjoy an eco-tour in the Everglades and experience nature in the best way possible from the top rated Everglades tour available. This tour is the real deal and you can experience the beauty and excitement of the Everglades without the noise of an airboat or large group. We try to limit our groups to 8-10 but can take larger groups easily with advanced notice.

OUR MEETING POINT: 19200 SW 344th St, Homestead, FL 33034, USA The location is called Robert is Here. Look for our tiki, you will see our kayaks nearby! DUE TO COVID, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE FOR THIS TRIP. WE CANNOT ALLOW GUESTS TO RIDE ALONG WITH OUR GUIDES.

Itinerary

We meet and get geared up, then proceed to the park. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE TO DRIVE BEHIND OUR GUIDE. We are not able to provide transportation. We will do a combination of Wet cypress dome walks, and paddle freshwater and saltwater, conditions depending. We may even get to explore at night (seasonal)

We did this tour with 2 adults and a 7 & 9 year old. We all LOVED it and it was a highlight of our experience in the Everglades. We plan to return to again someday to do another tour with Garl. He is so knowledgeable and pleasant as a guide. We learned a lot and had a wonderful time.

Garl is Great

So fun! We learned so much about the Everglades. We felt safe and happy and well taken care of. Garl is so knowledgeable. All the alligators are known to him by name. Apparently April is the best time to go because the Everglades dries up a bit and all the alligators congregate in one or two spots. But it was fun in December to walk in the river. :)

A highlight of our Florida vacation

We had a great day with Garl and Zac. We liked the trek through the submerged cypress forest dome the best. It was an environment that we never thought we would ever be in until Garl led us there and educated us about the ecosystem. It was so cool. The kayaking was great too. We saw crocodiles, manatees, sharks and dozens of bird species. Highly recommend spending the day with Garl as long as you are capable of kayaking for a few hours.

We just did our 2nd trip with Garl's and is was equally as good our 1st trip which was outstanding. We did the hiking and kayaking and it was an adventure and very educational and enjoyable. Janice and I (Gary) learned a bunch about the Everglades, eco-system, wildlife, etc and saw a bunch of wildlife and unique plant life. We plan to bring our friends and go again and then bring our grandkids (13 and 15) and book another trip. I would rate the trip, guide and price a solid 5 (I would higher if the rating didn't max out at 5. We look forward to going again soon.
