Enjoy a stress-free day on one of the most beautiful islands in Mauritius. We take care of it all: private hotel pickup and dropoff, transportation to and from Ile aux Cerfs in a speedboat, a barbecue lunch, and plenty of drinks (including beer, wine and rum). Spend the day swimming, suntanning, relaxing and exploring this tropical paradise. If you're looking for a more intimate experience, we offer this excursion on a Private basis as well (you can choose Shared or Private when you book). Note that our hotel pickup and dropoff is Private for both the Shared and Private excursions.

We pick up at all hotels, B&Bs, apartments on the island. Please let us know which hotel, B&B or apartment you're staying at. The boat to Ile aux Cerfs leaves between 9:00am and 9:30am, so your pickup time will be between 7:00am and 8:30am depending on where your hotel is. ... Itinerary

Note: This trip is offered on both a Private and Shared basis. For the Shared option, your hotel transfers are still private. Enjoy a stress-free day on one of the most beautiful islands in Mauritius, and let us take care of it all: private hotel pickup and dropoff, transport to and from Ile aux Cerfs, a barbecue lunch, and plenty of drinks. Our driver will pick you up at your hotel between 7:00am and 8:30am (depending on your hotel’s location) in order to depart for Ile aux Cerfs in a speedboat between 9:00am and 9:30am. After boarding, you will pass by the Grand River South East (GRSE) waterfall on your way to Ile aux Cerfs. You may be able to see the monkeys jumping through the trees on the river banks, and Mauritian fruit bats. After seeing the GRSE waterfall, you’ll head to Ilot Mangenie (next to Ile aux Cerfs) to enjoy a freshly prepared barbecue lunch of chicken, fish, salad and more. You’ll also be treated to drinks, including soft drinks, beer, wine and rum. After lunch, you’ll board the boat for a very short ride to Ile aux Cerfs where you will spend 3 or 4 hours relaxing, swimming, suntanning, hiking or doing one of the many activities offered on the island.

Fun in the sun at high speed.

Trailfinders organised this trip for us and our speed boat captain was Nelson. What an amazing day. It was fun and suitable for all ages we had a lovely Italian family on our boat and the only thing their little girl did not do was the snorkelling. The lunch bbq was great chicken and fish plus a great coleslaw. Plenty of drinks during the trip and during lunch. With an amazing waterfall to also see and feel. If I am lucky enough to return to the island this will be at the top of my to do list.

The day was one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was well planned and executed. The driver picked us up on time, was very obliging and friendly. The boat driver was bo different. He made us very comfortable and catered to our needs. The food was excellent. Overall it was a tour well worth the money.

All was well organised. We have been picked up on time. At each part the "handing over" to the next service was without any delays and problems. We enjoyed very much the special attention and individual service. Thank you for a wonderful day!
