Family of four loved our Frost Science visit

Frost Science is a fantastic place to take in the wonders of nature and science. I went with my mother and two boys, aged 9 and 12 and they left with lots of questions which is exactly what I hoped for. The exhibits are engaging and well designed. The staff is helpful and informative. I especially enjoyed the Bugs traveling exhibit this time around. As a Miami native living elsewhere it was a great chance to learn more about South Florida and the cosmos.

The most memorable part was almost everything ..the planetarium , brain game for kids ,the aquarium ,very organized wonderful place to spend a journey with family .

I took my nephew (11) and niece (9). They LOVED this museum and my nephew asked if we could go back again (he loved the Black Flight exhibit). They learned things - MAJOR MOMENT: we saw fireworks last night after the museum and my nephew said "Wow, I can see the firework before I hear it because light travels faster than sound". I'm SOLD! The downfalls are: Parking is a rip off. You get to see 1 movie and you have to pick it onsite, so you don't really know what is available to you when you arrive. We saw the black hole show - not exactly a good intro to space show. Loser exhibit: "river of grass" exhibit was "stupid" - direct quote from my niece and so true. Still - I am SO happy I took my family here - they thoroughly enjoyed some of the interactive choices, seeing the aquarium and animals, etc. It was a great primer on what to expect on our next day - the Everglades airboat ride.
