The Mountain of Gods

The time that we spend in the mountains was amazing, me and my friend went with our guide Hemi and it was AMAZING!! We got to take pictures with some amazing views ! We also got to see a group of Monkeys playing! For a first time visit to Japan this trip is a must !

This was a must do! The views are amazing and the hike was a lot of fun. Hemy was an amazing guide, very charismatic and full of energy! He was very knowledgable with the area. Ask him for his favorite place to sit while at kamikochi! The ride on the bus to shinhotaka and kamikochi was also a lot of fun going through the tunnels and seeing all the mountains. A lot of fun!

The views were breathtaking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tour group was small and intimate. It seemed much more efficient than many of the large tour groups visiting the same locations. Would recommend to anyone

Maya and I loved this trip! Taking this trip made everything so convenient, and we saw a lot more than we would have if we had tried to do this trip on our own. The views were amazing, and the hike was fun and very manageable. We would definitely recommend.

I thought this tour was a little expensive, but it was absolutely worth it. The views were absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of my trip. On top of that, our tour guide, Yoshi, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and also really good at taking photos (something I have not seen often with tour guides)! It means I have a lot of great pictures to remember this by now. I hope Yoshi continues as a tour guide because he seems passionate as a guide and it really shows in the tour and makes it more enjoyable. I will definitely be keen to book another tour with Snow Monkey Tours when I return to Japan again as a result, especially if Yoshi is still there!
