Overview

I grew up surrounded by good food, by magical hands that modified each ingredient into real works of art. What was caught at night became a big dish a few hours later. They could have been squid, which when stuffed became divine, justifying their sacrifice; it could also have been homemade pasta, worked for hours and then transformed into an indescribable magnificence. For this reason, after some time, I'm now trying to replicate the flavors and dishes of the cooks who have always inspired my cuisine. In fact, cooking is my passion! If you want to have a culinary experience in a family environment, you will be welcome in my home! I will teach you how to cook typical Italian dishes, with preparation secrets that you can replicate to amaze family and friends!

Itinerary

Have fun in this fantastic experience of preparing Fresh Pasta and Tiramisu! I will welcome you to my home in Milan, together we will follow all the steps necessary to create fresh pasta and tiramisu, the true icons of Italian cuisine. We will start with a mixed aperitif, rich in products including cold cuts, cheeses and typical Italian appetizers. I will guide you through the various phases of the preparation of fresh pasta, from the dough to the realization of the shape, topped with a delicious tomato sauce and basil, in true Italian style! After this delicious tasting you will taste the iconic Italian dessert.... the Tiramisu. We will prepare it together and wait an hour to enjoy it. I am waiting for you to share these recipes and enjoy them in my home, comparing secrets, experiences and details that I will teach you during the cooking class experience We will accompany meals with excellent wine, white or red or other drinks if you prefer.

I had an amazing experience! We learned how to make pasta and tiramisu, and Lydia was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step in detail, making sure we felt comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn authentic Italian cooking!

Lydia is a very sweet chef. She is a good teacher and the environment was nice. The pasta and Tiramisu was excellent. I would recommend this class.

What a lovely experience! Lydia waited 90 mins as we got lost in Milan - she met us with a smile and warm demeanour. She was amazing with the children and so lovely. I can’t recommend her enough you can see she wanted us to have the best experience. We would definitely recommend Lydia ❤️

We had a wonderful time with Lydia! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with wine, delicious appetizers, and the warmth of her lovely husband and son. Lydia’s passion and knowledge of food made the experience truly special, and it was so exciting to learn more about Italian cuisine. We made pasta and tiramisu—honestly, the best I’ve ever had! I also discovered Bimby, and now I’m obsessed! Definitely thinking about getting one for myself. And that homemade portobello mushroom dip? Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to recreate it at home. All in all, my husband and I had such a fantastic time with Lydia and another gusts. We’re so grateful for the experience!

Lovely experience with good food. Nice to get to know an Italian family. Teramesu was delicious and pasta was really fun to make. Very good time had.
