In this 4 - 5 miles trails with Alaskan Huskies you will learn the history of the dog mushing and get an experience on how to help ride the sled with voice commands. *** 2 tickets are required for Passengers over 250 pounds or 113 Kilograms *** - Dog Sledding Snow Seasons: From Nov. 1 To Apr. 20. - Dog Sledding with Cart or ATV: No Snow We will pick you up around 11:30am at your Hotel in Fairbanks. We will meet you at Pike's Waterfront Lodge (1850 Hoselton Drive Fairbanks, AK 99709) or Walmart Parking Lot if you do not stay at a hotel in Fairbanks Downtown. You may get an email for pick up location and time. (Pick up time is subject to change.) If you use Uber or a rent car to get here, you need to pay additional expense. If you drive to the dog sledding sites, it would be dangerous because of the snow and unknown road conditions. Therefore, we offer to pick you up. We will upload your pictures into a OneDrive or a Dropbox. We will send a url linked to download them all.

- Alaskan Huskies are running on the snow. The dog sledding season has come. We can’t wait to get a dog sledding tour with them. We are so proud of having our dog mushing team. A Cart or ATV will be used during the All low or No Snow seasons. - Dog Sledding Snow Seasons: From Nov. 1 To Apr. 20. - Dog Sledding with Cart or ATV: No Snow - Fall Dog Sledding Season: from August 1 to October 31 - 4 - 5 Miles Trail - Learn about the history of dog mushing through guided commentary - Ask plenty of questions to your guide and musher It is about 20 min to 30 min for dog sledding. (It changes due to dogs, snow, wild animals, and trail conditions.) You have time for petting dogs and taking photos. We will upload your photos onto OneDrive or Dropbox. We will send a URL linked to download them all (NO EXTRA CHARGE). It takes 3 days to get a URL linked.

Happy dog sledding

We had the chance to experience dog sledding in Alaska, surrounded by falling snow. The staff were all professional and friendly, and the team of 10 dogs was not only friendly toward us but also energetic enough to run freely through the snowy fields. We were able to ride the sled for a surprisingly long time, allowing us to fully enjoy the snowy scenery as we sped through it. After finishing the ride, our family spent some time playing with the dogs and taking pictures together. It was such a special experience.

"Working" doggy time

We were picked up by David right on time the morning of our dog sled experience. He gave us a lot of background and history during the drive over. Jake and Jameson were super friendly and let us interact as much as we wanted with their dogs. The dog sled ride was pretty cool. It was our first time doing it and it was a lot of "whee"omg during the ride. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

David picked us up promptly for the 30 min drive to our tour beginning. The dogs were so excited to see the car pull in the driveway. Our guide, Jamison, owns the dogs and we sledded thru his property. The dogs were friendly each with their own personality. Jamison gave us history of each dog, some being Iditarod winners. It was such a great trip, I could have spent several hours there. Would highly recommend.
