Overview

Manchester Wine Tours are relaxed, friendly and informal wine-tasting events. Each tour includes four of the best Manchester wine venues (bars, pubs, restaurants and shops). Guests taste 5-8 different types of wine with small but high-quality snacks. Your tour guide is a Manchester local, a knowledgeable wine professional who can show you the art of wine tasting in a fun, non-stuffy way. Along the route, you will also stop at various points of interest such as statues of notable characters in Manchester's history. Tour groups are small with no more than 12 guests per event, which means they are friendly and intimate and everybody has the chance to ask questions and share their own insights. This is a great way to see the city and enjoy its incredible food and drink scene. There are opportunities to buy wine to take home along the way, if you wish, but no pressure to do so.

Magical mystery wine tour!

The guide was entertaining and knowledgable. The venues were places we had not been to before, and would definitely visit again. The wines were unusual and good quality and the snacks were excellent. I would go again and recommend!

What a fabulous thing this wine tour is. The thought and care that Kel puts into planning each tour is evident from the get-go. A gorgeous selection of venues that I hadn't been to before but shall definitely return to. You get to try a really interesting, varied (and yes, delicious) selection of wines and Kel's knowledge and passion really shine through here - paired with some tasty snacks (still thinking about the cheese 'doughnuts' in Sterling). You learn a little something about Manchester whilst strolling between venues too. Don't even think about it, just book it!
