Visit this production facility and museum in historic downtown Frankfort for a small-group tour including the chance to sample the original Bourbon Ball chocolate. Learn about the history of this family-run business, the story of Ruth Booe, and learn how she and her family have overcome difficulty and tragedy. Short and Sweet History Experience!

Our tour was interesting. The guide was very informative and took the time to answer our questions. The candy is delicious! Very nice staff. Since the tour only takes 30 minutes, it is easy to fit into any itinerary. I highly recommend this activity as part of the Frankfort KY history experience.

Went to jasper indiana they people were very nice and informational the food at this german resturamt was great hampton inn is were we stayed very clean and spacious

Took the tour. The guide was very pleasant. Amazing that they do everything by hand. Loved the bourbon balls. Lots of other items to choose from as well.

It’s great to see how this legacy continues to thrive through family. It’s a small place for a large business making 2 million chocolates per year. If you remember Lucy and Ethel you can definitely relate here. The history is very interesting and all Ruth had to endure is inspiring for anyone with a dream.
