Overview

With Pierre, a professional bike guide, discover remarkable vines listed as UNESCO heritage sites, magnificent villages and vineyards! Follow the guide and you will be able to admire picturesque wine-growing villages and grandiose panoramas between lake and mountain. Pierre will be happy to show you the Lavaux vineyards. You can even taste a Chasselas white grape wine. It is also the opportunity to practice an activity together, with friends or family.

Meeting points

In the building with the blue gate, next to the Brasserie du Haut Lac. 5 minutes walk from Vevey station (4 trains per hour from Valais or Lausanne).

Itinerary

  • Vevey

    Shortly after the start, a magnificent path will bring you to a superb 7-meter waterfall hidden in the city center.

    15 minutes

  • Corseaux

    Exit the vineyards to discover this typical and authentic little village by crossing it before returning to a vineyard path.

    15 minutes

  • Chexbres

    After superb panoramic views on an uphill but easy path by electric mountain bike. A short break in the middle of the vineyards to taste a glass of local wine while enjoying the view of the lake.

  • St-Saphorin-Lavaux

    Referenced as one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, Saint-Saphorin is a wine-growing village clinging to the steep slopes of the Lavaux vineyard.

  • Vevey

    Leaving the Vignes de Lavaux, return by a short discovery on the shores of Lake Vevey. Short swimming possible on a small calm beach. Please bring swimsuit + towel.

Great bike ride around Lake Geneva

I had a fantastic half-day bike tour around Lake Geneva with Pierre. He was an excellent guide who gave me a lot of information about the area and took me through some very beautiful spots. The experience was very personalised, and the entire process was very smooth.

We rented e-bikes from Bikapa on our recent trip to Vevay. We contacted Pierre to rent bikes last minute. Pierre was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to meet us at his Vevay location within 15 min of when I called. He provided great bikes and maps as well as recommendations of where to bike. We had an amazing experience. I would highly recomment Bikapa and Pierre!!

We really enjoyed the e-bike winery tour with Pierre. He took good care of us - it was our first time using the e bike, especially for my 83 year old grandpa. He was very attentive and made sure that we were able to use the bikes safely on the roads. Pierre was enthusiastic about showing us the vineyards and took many great photos for us. He was the perfect guide. Look forward to going on more adventures in future.

Fun E-Bike Tour of Vevey Vineyards with Eye-Popping Views

We enjoyed a half-day bike tour of the vineyards of Vevey with Pierre. It is very steep, so we took e-bikes. Pierre is a great tour guide. We enjoyed a very steep ride up to Neyroud Fonjallaz vineyards, had a tour and did some wine tasting, then rode back into Vevey for lunch. Very scenic, with beautiful views.

Great E-Biking Experience!

My son and I recently reserved a half day ride with Pierre through the vineyards and it was amazing. Pierre explained the different vineyards we rode through, and we stopped at a local restaurant to sample the local wine from the Lavaux region. All in all it was a great time spent with the beautiful scenery in the hills above Lake Geneva. Highly recommended!
