Overview

Once you are onboard you will enjoy a narrative tour of the area waterways and sit back listening to beach music as we seek out the bottlenose dolphin. For your convenience, we have a snack bar on the boat which serves sandwiches, soft drinks, candy, chips, ice cream, beer, wine and mixed drinks. We allow our guests to bring their own coolers for nonalcoholic beverages. For a truly amazing experience, we guarantee that you will see a dolphin on each cruise. Although you can’t swim with the dolphins, we get as close as possible in order to give you an experience with these beautiful animals that you’ll never forget. Whether you are planning a trip with a loved one, or would like to plan dinner party for a large group we can accommodate everyone!

Awesome Alabama Dolphin Cruise

This was a great dolphin cruise! We saw dolphins almost right away. Sheldon was a phenomenal captain of the boat. He told us a lot of facts about dolphins, about various homes in the area and local history during our two-hour cruise. When he wasn't sharing facts, music was playing. They sold snacks and beverages - we didn't buy any. Bathrooms were on the boat but we didn't use them either. There was an air-conditioned area on board but we stayed out in the open.

A fun harbor cruise with captain and crew who were knowlegeable and friendly. We saw dolphins but the whole experience was just a nice boat ride on a beautiful December afternoon. Reasonable price fo 90 minutes

The Captain and the crew provided us an excellent, very reasonably priced opportunity to be on the water. We took the Dolphin Sunset Cruise three times during our vacation to Perdido Key. Each trip we travelled a different route on the water, and each cruise provided an exciting experience with dolphins and view of the area. The last trip proved to be the best!!! We love the water, and being on a boat. But the last 2-hour cruise was exceptional. Thank you to all the crew and the ticket personel for making our vacation extra special by offering an affordable option to be on the water multiple times. I recommend them to everyone, young and old. You will not regret your decision to ride with the Southern Rose Dolphin Boat and especially the crew who took excellent care of all passengers and made sure to ask each person on the boat if they were having a good experience. THANKS!!!
