    Bayahibe is the meeting point for all the participants of the excursion. We will get into our safari truck to go directly to the capital of the Altagracia, Higuey with 280,000 inhabitants to discover its local market, the population, a cigar factory in small group

    Arriving at the town of higuey we head to the local market to discover the local products, spices and see the inhabitants. You can also admire the big city with its colorful houses and have a lot of information with our guide full of interesting stories

    If you are fond of shopping or typical souvenirs then you have come to the right place.

    Then we will continue our way for the visit of a family cigar factory with a demonstration, explanations, for the connoisseurs or those who wish to discover, a tasting and why not with a small glass of Rum Barcelo Gran Anero

    A last crossing of the land, then we will head towards the place where we will take the lunch, in edge of the river, in the jungle. On the menu, a traditional Dominican meal will be served with a panoramic view of the lush nature. After lunch, we will head to the platform boat for a trip down the river to admire the beauty of the landscape. We will finish with a swim in the river with access to a rope to have fun and jump like Tarzan! And after these wonderful memories we will take you back to the hotel.
