Overview

Together with Enza you will discover the pleasure of making homemade orecchiette and macaroni with simple ingredients. We will all use together, only simple and natural foods, traditional recipes at km 0, with a genuine and authentic flavor, ranging from the scent of friselle, to extra virgin olive oil and km0 cherry tomatoes, which inebriated the house A table full of dishes linked to the ancient family tradition, where you can taste triumphs of vegetables, local cheeses, the typical orecchiette with fresh tomatoes and basil, macaroni with mussels. All courses are accompanied by a tasting of fine "Salento wines." The jam tart and homemade limoncello conclude an evening of good music

Itinerary

In a particularly pleasant environment, you can taste different dishes of typical Salento cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal products from local and organic agriculture. All dishes are prepared together with our guests The aperitif is enjoyed by the pool together with a nice drink Dinner is served on the veranda in summer and in winter in an environment made welcoming by a huge fireplace located in the center of the room. Children are welcome Vegans, vegetarians and lactose intolerants are welcome At the end of the evening, you can play some good music or relax and chat accompanied by a refined homemade limoncello.

We had a wonderful evening with Enza and Antonio. The class was so much fun and the company world class. We loved every minute and would do it again.

What a great way to be introduced to the cooking and flavors of Salento. The hosts, Enza and Antonio, greeted us with warmth, Prosecco and hors dourves...and the evening only got better! We laughed at ourselves making macaroni and orecchiette. Thank you Enza for your patient encouragement! The dinner with different sauces for our pasta was shared in true Italian family style. Thank you for making our trip near Lecce

This was by far the best cooking class we've ever taken. Enza and Antonio's hospitality was outstanding, and the food was simply divine. The villa is stunning, and we felt right at home. Can't wait to come back!
