Beautiful walk around Cologne and the cathedral.

Sascha took us on a walking tour around Cologne highlighting the various historical facts about the early Romans and the people of the time, even gaining some insights into their particular sense of humour!

A Beautiful City. Visited for the Christmas Markets which were great. Saw 6 of the markets & all different. Food was great. The markets are good during the day to do a bit of shopping and then again at night to see the lights & experience the festive atmosphere, went with our adult daughter & thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days in Cologne. The Cathedral is amazing & well worth the visit, the climb to the top (8 Euros) is a challenge, especially when busy with groups going up & down the narrow spiral staircase, go early before the crowds. Lots of lovely walks as well.

The boat canal tour through Amsterdam was one of the highlights of our trip. The boat was decorated with holiday pillows and blankets and the tour provided yummy snacks and beverages to enjoy as we took in the views of this beautiful city. The guide was very hospitable and knowledgeable.
