Buenos Aires has long been on my bucket list — not just to visit, but to truly experience. I didn’t want to just check off landmarks. I wanted someone who could give me an immersive, insightful, and visually rich experience of the city — and that’s exactly what Cesar’s Buenos Aires Tour VIP delivered.
From the moment Cesar got in touch, everything was handled with utmost professionalism. I was picked up punctually from the airport and seamlessly guided through some of Argentina’s most iconic locations including:
• The historic downtown core and Avenida 9 de Julio — the world’s widest avenue
• Torre Monumental and the grand Casa Rosada
• The nearby palace district and a beautiful historic church near Plaza de Mayo
• Stunning colonial architecture and hidden gems
• The modern, elegant vibe of Puerto Madero
• And even a brief stop to enjoy an authentic Tango performance
As a passionate landscape and travel photographer, I particularly appreciated how Cesar helped me time my shots during golden hour, including securing one of the best rooftop tables in Buenos Aires — a perfect location for sunset photography and a truly sumptuous Argentine meal.
But what made the tour truly stand out was Cesar himself. His impeccable English, academic grounding, warm personality, and values-driven approach made every moment enriching and easygoing. I felt like I was touring the city with someone who genuinely cared about my experience — not just as a tourist, but as a curious traveler and artist.
There’s no surprise that Cesar is so highly rated — he truly sets the standard for private guiding in Buenos Aires.
I look forward to meeting him again the next time I return to this incredible city.
Highly recommended.
