Todd was great!! He kept up with the group's humor and was very informative of Charlotte's history. Was a cold day so the shuttle bus was very nice to keep warm. Would recommend.

The First thing that stood out was that you could speak with someone (Phil) on the phone to ask questions and get answers. Once we made our reservations, we were given specific instructions as to get to the pick up area and times. Our driver, Sherrie, Sheeeerrriiieeee Baby!!!, was Very Knowledgeable and Informative regarding Charlotte. Her colleagues were also very knowledgeable and informative when there were several conversations going on. The bus was comfortable, Mechanically Sound, and we were all comfortable .
