Overview

We welcome you on this fun and relaxing day with no more than 8 people on board! Our journey begins by sailing along the legendary coastline of the Sorrento peninsula, where treasures of exceptional beauty have been embedded for centuries. Accompanied by the waves of the sea and protected by Vesuvius, which rises imposingly behind us, we reach Capri. We get the Blue Grotto right away to save time. We continue the tour of the island by exploring inlets, ravines and grottoes with unique colours and bizarre shapes. Stops for swimming, sunbathe and cool you down with drinks! 3-hour free time to explore the city center. Return to Sorrento around 3:30 pm.

  • Sailing Sorrento Coast (Pass By)

    Leaving from the Sorrento port, we will sail along the Sorrento coastline

  • Marina Grande - Antico Borgo Marinaro (Pass By)

    We will see the ancient fishing village of Marina Grande from the sea

  • Bagni Regina Giovanna (Pass By)

    We will pass by an ancient Roman villa dating back to the 1st century BC.

  • Blue Grotto

    Portrayed by artists and sung by poets, we will visit one of the most beautiful attractions in the world: The Blue Grotto! The visit is subject to the weather/sea conditions.

  • Punta Carena Lighthouse (Pass By)

    We will admire one of the oldest lighthouses in Italy and from which you can see the ancient path of the Bourbon forts.

  • Grotta Verde (Pass By)

    The Green Grotto, classified by speleologists as secondary (i.e. produced, due to destructive phenomena, after the formation of the mother rock), is composed of the oldest sedimentary rock on Capri, dolomite.

  • Island of Capri

    Disembarkation on the Island

  • I Faraglioni (Pass By)

    After visiting the center of Capri, second stop for swimming and then we will pass under the natural arch of the Faraglioni Rocks

  • White Grotta (Pass By)

    You can admire, among the white limestone rocks, the strong contrast between the light of the cave and the blue of the sea, making this place surreal also thanks to the thick and suggestive stalactites and stalagmites.

Capri and Blue Grotto

The boat tour and entire experience were amazing! Our captain Raphaella and co captain Lucio were the best!! So much fun and informative. This was the highlight of our trip to Sorrento. The views and the water were spectacular.

The views were amazing we taken so many photos Raffaela and Lucio were the best people to show us around, they made it a whole lot of fun and they are great at what they do. I have already referred friends who are visiting Italy in the future.

Wonderful boat ride to Capri!

This boat tour was the highlight of our trip to Sorrento. Our captain, Massimo, was so entertaining and a great host. The day we went the water was way too rough to enter the blue grotto, but Massimo took us around to see other points of interest. We spent 3 hours on Capri and just opted to visit the beach club instead of taking a taxi around the island. After that we got back on the boat and were taken to a spot to swim. I absolutely loved swimming in the crystal clear blue water! I also loved that there were only 8 guests on the boat (as promised.) I recommend MBS as the experience was well organized and of course, we had the best captain!

Amazing time on Capri

Fantastic day out with Theodoro to Capri island. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were always comfortable. Pointed out and told us a lot of the history of the grottos and the cliffs as we were boating to Capri. We had 3 hours on the island for lunch and exploring, then he took us to some great swimming spots. Overall a great day out, highly recommend.

Very short wait to enter the Blue Grotto with this tour company

Co-Captains (and brothers) Massimo and Sergio were great hosts. We saw all the sites and landmarks around Capri, stopped for a swim, had refreshments, and they let my daughter pilot the boat for a few minutes in open water. Massimo even treated us to Sinatra's "My Way" -he has a very good voice! Somehow they got us right into the Blue Grotto after only a 5 minute wait. I liked having a few hours to walk around Capri in the middle of the day. My family is not used to boats, and we all needed some Dramamine after stopping for pictures or a swim at some sites. If I were to do it again, and I had the extra money, I'd opt for the private boat tour just for the ability to say where and for how long we would stop.
