Overview

This is a thoroughly elaborated half-day tour during which one will see some of the most authentic places on the island, and explore its Northern, hippie side! During the tour one can visit, and buy souvenirs at the most famous and atmospheric market of the island, the biggest and the most interesting cave, and also see the most beautiful beach and sunset (optional). As another option we can visit a very special art place - an unfinished hotel fully covered with graffiti standing on a cliff facing the sea! One will be also able to enjoy the local landscapes and breath-taking sea views on the way! The guests will also receive a lot of insider information about the island, its history, and modern lifestyle. Tips on where to go and what to do on the island! Please note that a minimum number of 3 people or an equivalent amount to a 3 people booking is required for the tour to take place. For bigger groups please send us a request.

Itinerary

  • Mercadillo Las Dalias

    This is a 5-hour tour starting before or after the sunset (one can choose) by car for a group of up to 4 people (more people on request for an extra fee). At the Hippie-market Las Dalias, you can buy the products produced by the local producers. Feel the authentic atmosphere of Ibiza, and enjoy the beautiful nature (the market is located outside in the beautiful nature). Listen to live music or the DJ, eat and drink (there is a restaurant available), and even dance (there are events on some days at the market). At the Natural Park of Ses Salines, we´ll see the famous salt ponds with a salt mountain where they grow salt the most important good produced in Ibiza. On the way, we´ll also see Ses Salines - one of the most visited and beautiful beaches of Ibiza, Es Cavallet, Experimental Beach, and if we are lucky we´ll also see Flamingo!

  • Cueva de Can Marca

    Located in a beautiful natural enclave in the north of Ibiza, Can Marçà is an impressive cave that's over 100,000 years old and was historically used by pirates. Stalactites and stalagmites create sharp ornaments that grew, thanks to the water that once flowed through the cave, although it's dry today. The cave contains some man-made elements, and the guided tour is conducted in several languages simultaneously. There, we will see spectacular music and a light show with a 10-metre cascade of water. Visitors also get to see the magnificent views out to sea from openings hewn into the cliffside. The entrance fee is not included and is to be paid at the entrance.

  • Cala Benirras

    Cala Benirras still retains a certain hippie air and a special magic that will make you fall in love with its sunset to the sound of timpani. It is likely that, if it's the first time you visit Cala BenirrĂ s, you'll have the feeling that you already know her. This is because It is one of the most characteristic images of the island. The photograph of the sunset behind 'the finger of God', as it is popularly known as the islet that emerges from the water in this area, is one of the most used in the tourist promotion brochures of Ibiza. La Cala BenirrĂ s is one of the must-see in Ibiza, whether with family, friends, or partners. In the late afternoon, just before sunset, the left end of the beach becomes a makeshift stage where the show takes place. While some play the timpani, others dance, take pictures, or drink while they watch the sarao, which goes on until the sun goes down.

Great, flexible tour

Group of four, ranging from 20 to 84 years old. We adjusted our itinerary as the day went along and we learned more about the area. The market was very interesting. Definitely recommend this operator.

Amazing tour if you have not much time on the island

This was an amazing tour, where you see the essentials of the island, a part of clubbing. We went to the Las Dalias Hippie Market shopping, to the 00 Can Marça caves and to the Benirras beach. It's the perfect tour if you do not have much time to explore the island. Katerina is a great tour guide, who tries to make the experience unique.

Amazing time at Hippie market!

We´ve had an amazing tour to the North of the island having been able to see the biggest caves of the island with impressive lights show, the most famous Hippie-market of the island – Las Dalias – and see one of the most amazing sunsets of the island on the Benirras beach accompanied by the drummers! At Las Dalias market we were able to buy souvenirs produced by the local producers (the best place really to get some special souvenirs to bring from the island) and feel the most authentic, and hippie atmosphere of the island. Enjoy a Dj set, having at a restaurant there and one can even dance to the music there as they organize very special events there where people can dance in an open-air! The guide was very knowledgeable about the island, its real essence, and things to do on it. Whenever you go to Ibiza turn to DreamStayIbiza for the most special experience on the island!

Bus ride from cruise scenic but the market was spectacular. Like being in the 70's with amazing booths - including some henna tattoo stations - got several great bargins including pirate pants, and a cool hemp shirt (yes, hemp comes in clothes and even notepads). Nice sunny day and great food. Seemed to either be non-smoking or nobody was smoking that day. Good food selections as well. Didn't really take the sunset tour but no other option for reviewing Hippie Market.
