Jae and Kate provided an excellent experience and we had a lovely time exploring Busan. They provided service all the way from the hotel pickup to our reserved seats on the train, and Jae was a kind, considerate, and thoughtful guide who entertained us with a great sense of humour and took good care of our family's travel needs and special requests. We visited Haedong Yongusa temple, Busan Crosses the Sky Tower at the beach, had an excellent lunch and visited some historic neighbourhoods. They are overall excellent guides, well organised and professional. I would most heartily recommend him and book again if we come back to Korea or Busan - our tour with him revealed that there still so much more to explore in this wonderful and pleasant city! Busan is not just a good place to visit, but an experience that we will remember and cherish.

Great tour! Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to our interests and seemed to adjust our day and experiences to our interests rather than stick to a rigid plan. The lunch was amazing; he took us to an out-of-the-way little Korean bar-b-que that was delicious! Great tour of Busan.

We had a fabulous day with Mr. Jay!! Mr. Jay was very knowledgeable about Korea and Busan and really appreciated our conversations, we moved quickly which we liked as we saw everything on the itinerary including a very memorable and moving trip to the United Nations Memorial Cemetery in Korea. We would highly recommend this trip and Mr. Jay!!

Wonderful tour! Transportation from our hotel to Seoul station was very organized and helpful. Our tour guide, Young, was very knowledgeable and kind! He took us to amazing places in Busan and a great restaurant. He was also very helpful with taking group family photos. We enjoyed our tour very much and would like to come back to Busan for a longer tour next time!

Love this trip experience. Mr. Jay picked us up on time and took us to the train ensure that we got to our seats. When we arrived in Busan, our guide Mira already waited for us and she was the best! She took us places per our request, plus additional area per her suggested which we also appreciate. She was very friendly, patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She took us to a very nice seafood restaurant by the beach and we had a very nice meal there. She answered our questions and allowed time for us to stop and take pictures whenever we wanted. Then she took us back to the train station and ensure we got to our seat as scheduled. Definitely memorable experience.
