Overview

Our concept: To discover and eat our way through the winding cobbled stone streets of Bordeaux. To drink incredible wine (of course) and to learn some of the city’s history along the way. All this with your friendly local guide, who will show you the city through her eyes. Good to know: - Tours are done in English - Family friendly -A carefully curated tour that involves delicious high quality local food products. - Tour ends in a wine cellar with a generous food and wine pairing - total walking - around 3km. - Tuesdays to Saturdays 10h00 - 13h30 & 15h00 - 18h30 - 7 stops. All food and wine included - Vegetarians are welcome to join however due to the nature of the French cuisine, this tour is not suitable for vegans. - Intimate group of no more than 8 persons per tour

Excellent Food and History Tour

Alexandra really went above and beyond trying to get things just right for our group - her tour isn't focused just on either the history of Bordeaux or on good food, but on tying together the history of the city and the food we were having. Lots of excellent local food, ending in a (very generous) wine tasting!

Best food tour I've ever been on! Alex was an amazing guide weaving the history of the city together with amazing food tastings along the way and a spectacular picnic at the end. She's a gem and we were so lucky to share the afternoon with her and her amazing intern Anthony :)
