• Please note that your tour will start from Reykjavík Terminal, centrally located at Skógarhlíð 10, 105 Reykjavík. • If you have chosen a hotel pick up: Please be ready to leave outside your accommodation or the nearest Bus stop with your proof of purchase, 30 minutes before departure ... time. Look for the Green SmartBus which will be outside your accommodation at your pick up time. • Pick up starts 30 minutes prior to departure, meaning tha it can take up to 30 minutes to pick all guests up. Therefore it is important that you are at your pick up location no later than 30 min prior departure time, because we might pick you up first. We might also pick you up last, so please be patient and wait at your chosen pick up location for our coach to arrive. • Because of traffic limitations, customers staying in postcode 101 might have to make their way to the closest pick-up spot. Your hotel receptionist can help you find out which one that is. • Please note: pickup is not available from Airbnb or private housing. Please contact the operator for information on the nearest pick-up location to your accommodation. • It is recommended to bring warm clothes and good shoes for the northern lights tour and swimwear for the blue lagoon • Audio-guide languages available: English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Finnish • Remember to bring your own headphones, if you don’t have them with you can purchase headphones from us onboard.
