The tour begins with a drive along the iconic Promenade des Anglais – a renowned boulevard along the Bay of Angels, stretching between Nice Cote d’Azur Airport and Port Lympia. Our first stop would take place in front of St Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral - the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedral in Western Europe, opened in 1912 and meant to serve the large Russian community that had settled in Nice by the end of the 19th century.

Next, we head to the historic district of Nice, known as Cimiez. After descending from the Jardin du Monastère de Cimiez, we will head to the majestic Mont Boron hill. Here, you will discover a 15th-century fortress that once guarded the Bay of Villefranche. On the other side of Mont Boron, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of Nice and its surroundings, as if seen from a bird's-eye view—an unforgettable encounter with the largest city on the French Riviera.
The tour continues with a visit to the observation deck at Mont Alban Fortress, where your guide will share insights about the Bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer and the Bay of Angels.
