The zen-like oasis with candle-lit walkways boasts three thermal plunge pools and a steam room – all decorated in resplendent Arabian décor. Spend time in the baths, relaxing and sipping on mint tea, and then head to the Aroma Corner for a 45-minute massage by your expert masseuse.

Excellent staff and service, it's just the signage was not up to the par.

Excellent pools and massage services. But it would be better if the had better signs to guide you to the men's or women's locker room and to the hamam. They could have explained us better about the sequence of events like first you change is the locker room, then walk downstairs to hamam and staff take you to the massage and then back to hamam. Green tea was excellent but the cups were the size of the whisky shots only.

Warm bath and warm reception

This is a very unique experience and I loved it. The baths and sauna are not over populated and you feel not having to fight for room. A word of caution, the cold plunge bath takes your breath away lol. But it optional. I found the lighting and music so relaxing and sets a very calm mood. The mint tea that’s offered is very nice too. I recommend this as a calming effect and thorough relaxing time.

We booked a 45 minute massage with use of the thermal baths and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the decor is amazing with a relaxed quiet atmosphere, We had a relaxing 30 minuets in the candle lit heated pools before we were collected for our massages. The massage was very good and we floated out of the spa nice and relaxed. I recommend you pre book so and arrive 30 minutes before you selected massage time.

Otherworldly Experience

I found this place amazing. After you get changed into your swimsuit and head downstairs, there's a shower area. Then you walk into a world of mist, the rush and tinkling of running water, heat and cool pressing and gliding across your skin, and many enticing scents. The staff was very helpful and kind, the place beautiful and well-kept. There was also free, self-serve mint tea which was delicious. I absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend it.

Amazing Experience

Beautiful place, very peaceful and tranquil environment. It was immediately relaxing. The baths, whilst not entirely private, are sort of separated so their semi-private. They also limit the amount of people at each stage so it’s never too busy. The massage was also great. The best we’ve experienced by far. The perfect way to end our trip. We didn’t have our phones with us so we couldn’t take any pictures but it was even better than the images on the website! Well worth it.
