After pick up and drive within 30 minutes from your hotel area, proceed to Chinatown in Glodok area. Entering the Chinatown you will see the temple with old pagoda which was built in 1650 and visit the old temple of "Yin and Yang", Good and Bad, Heaven and Hell or karma. Then exploring the market of Petak Sembilan. Glodok is one of the old Chinatown that people called the area "Grojok" refer to the sound of Sundanese before the colonials, then Glodok also called "Gelodog" refer to the name of the gate of the area Batavia in the colonials time. In this experience is you will be fascinated by area where local people says "Glodok". Many shops you can find such Herbalis and Apotik, Candy, cracker and cakes, etc. After Glodok proceed to Old town into 10 minutes.

Entering the area of Old town, you will see old building designed by chinese european style which had been standing since colonials era, inside the Old town there is big garden in 139 Sqm, also called Cityhall, then the people called "Fatahillah park" refer the name of Sultanete of Banten who attacked the area in "Sunda Kelapa" the first of Jakarta side. while you are in the park, you will see some buildings are used for museums, post office, cafe and official. In the afternoon, we will spend one hour or less. Then proceed to Fish market before or after PIK as the highlight of program. PIK is the modern Chinatown in the northern coast Jakarta. In this program either you can choose your time longer or short depend on your time we provided for half day tour. You can also choose the best place for Dinner time with our recommendation such as Cafe Batavia Jakarta, Resto Apung Fish market or in PIK Avenue area.

Jakarta provides an interesting place for fish market concept and culinary tourism through Resto Floating Muara Angke. As the name suggests, this restaurant is on the sea. However, access to reach the Floating Resto does not require crossing by boat because the restaurant entrance is on land. In here you can see, buy the fish or buy and cook directly in Resto Apung.

After arriving "The highlight of the tour" you will have a fascinating Chinatown in afternoon with the light of lantern. This is a Jakarta Business Distric of Chinese dominant area with nice view and more instragamable then you can explore the avenue with long canals and red lampion along, you will have dinner time or just take picture, shopping or hang out.

Very interesting and informative tour. The guide Haider was very knowledgeable and friendly with excellent English. The fish market experience was something different and well worth doing but maybe donāt wear your best shoes! Restaurant then cooks your seafood you choose. Yummy! Overall I would highly recommend this tour.

My wife and I had only an afternoon in Jakarta before heading to Bali and were able to book this tour on short notice. Communications with the company were prompt and direct. Our guide, Ms Enok arrived promptly at the agreed upon time at our hotel. The driver, Rishwan, did a great job navigating us thru the busy streets. Ms Enok was delightful and an excellent guide. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Enok and this tour!

Was very amazing with the New Chinatown area, very beautiful and clean with wide variety of eatery's outlets. The guide is friendly and bring us to local fish market for dinner at own expenses.
