Itinerary

  • Reykjavik (Pass By)

    Departure from Reykjavík. We pick up all the travelers and later we will leave for the highlands. Before heading in, we will pick up passengers in Selfoss and Hella.

  • Volcano Hekla (Pass By)

    From our vehicle, we can enjoy the wonderful views that the Hekla volcano offers us.

  • Landmannalaugar

    Trekking in Landmannalaugar. Without a doubt, the greatest attraction of Landmannalaugar is its landscapes, and there is nothing better than seeing them from above. We will do a short trekking where we will ascend the Brennisteinsalda. We will enjoy the tour with our guide, who will be informing us and giving details in a continuous and enjoyable way. Once at the top, we will make a stop to rest, enjoy the wonderful landscape and have lunch.

amazing hike

This was an amazing trip. highly recommend to everyone. just be aware, since you are being picked up from reykjavik the trip starts very early, around 6am, to get you down to hella in a timely manner. the hike itself is about 3 miles round trip with some elevation gain. not bad at all. the campground has flush toilets, warm running water, a small bus selling food, and of course the thermal river. the river was amazing, we had a good amount of time to soak in it before we had to leave. the guide spoke to us both in english and spanish which was awesome. we had a great time.

Wonderful trip, highly recommend even if it rain, just bring proper clothes and it will be good anyway. Our guides Paula and Jovani where just amazing.

Great way to visit Landmannalaugar in a few hours.

Landmannalaugar is a terrific place to visit. I truly suggest this tour. The guide offers a small hike and gives you a lot of information. In the end she offers a lot of alternatives to the hot tub. For example we made 2 more hikes and we saw a lot of incredible things with amazing colours.

We had a great experience with Arctic Yeti. They were very reliable, responsive and punctual. Silvia our guide.was great. Very knowledgeable, warm and friendly and a very good driver. We loved the hike and Silvia provided just the right amount of information. It was a great combination of a guided tour and some free time to explore the fascinating area.
