Overview

Visit Tangkuban Parahu Volcano which is still active, that you can see the crater closely, smell sulfur and see a puff of smoke from the crater of Tangkuban Parahu Volcano. On the way to volcano, you will pass through a vast expanse of tea plantations and we will pass the local village with a vast expanse of rice fields around it. You can see the activities of farmers planting and plowing rice fields and even harvesting rice in the fields. Before returning to Jakarta, do not miss to relax and soaking in a hot spring whose water comes from the crater of Tangkuban Parahu Vulcano, after that try to explore Fruit Market and try fresh local fruit such as : the Mangostins & Honey Pineapples.

Visit one of the active volcanoes located in West Java Province. Surrounded by tropical rain forests (sometimes you can see a wild monkey around the rain forest) and lush pine trees. You will see the crater of the Active volcano closely, smell the sulfur, see a puff of smoke from the crater and even be able to hear the original sound of an active volcano at certain spots.

This tour was the best day that I have had on my holiday so far. Benny was such a great guide and went above and beyond. I loved all the stops on the tour especially the coffee plantation. I recommend this tour for seeing West Java and learning more about the culture and the island.

Volcano Short Getaway Trip from Jakarta

Overall experience is good. Additional merit to the tour guide Rizky. His explanation is fun and easy to understand. Just nice if you wanna have a short getaway to explore one of the two active volcanoes nearest to Jakarta. The lunch was surprisingly good and in a decent portion. Definitely worth a try if you can't figure out what to do in Jakarta town itself =)

Beautiful day from start to finish!! The guide, riskay was polite, friendly and full of energy on what was a packed day! We rearranged the intinary for the weather and he was happy to accommodate us, nothing was too much trouble for him and the driver was friendly and polite too.
