Delicious authentic Argentine mesl

Wonderful meal with fabulous host! We prepared empanadas and authentic Argentine asado. Also chimichurri and crillo to accompany.. The food was tasty and very high-quality. And we learned some very good techniques to prepare this meal our self at home. A lovely way to spend an evening in Mendoza

Flor provides a fun learning experience. She is very knowledgeable about Argentinean cooking. We made empanadas from scratch. Prepared crillo and chimicurry to accompany the asado. During each step, Flor provided cooking tips and suggestions for additional variations. Gracias por una maravillosa experiencia

Flor is amazing and so is the food! We made the best empanadas and steak and learned a lot. We had great conversation, lots of wine, and felt so at home like at a friend’s house. Highly recommended!
