You're about to live your best and unique experience of a full day trip exploring Los Haitises National Park, hiking its rainforests used as a filming location for the feature film Jurassic Park. You'll see the incredible rocks protruding from the water up to 30 meters high. Hundreds of endangered bird species in flight over the park’s extensive landscape and its aves and majestic mangroves. You'll travel through Montaña Redonda in a Safari Truck until reach its summit, enjoying its majestic panoramic views of the Island northeast coast. Will learn about the Dominican culture and plantations including Cocoa and Coffee. You'll swim in the virgin Yanigua waterfall, Get to know blue amber, Tarzan's treehouse, Cacao processing from seed to Nutella. Receive an all-natural clay SPA at no extra charge and much more. IMPORTANT: Your pick-up time is tied to your accommodation location, it will be between 5:50 to 7:30pm time slot. Specific pick-up time and location will be provided once your hotel/accommodation is indicated. Pick-up location is usually main lobby or gate. Pick-up available throughout Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Miches and Bayahibe at no additional cost. For customers not staying in a hotel (e.g. condominiums, apartments, villas), pick-up point will be arranged as close to your location as possible. If your hotel/accommodation is not listed in but it is in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Miches or Bayahibe, continue without indicating and manually indicate your accommodation in the pick-up notes of your reservation.

Montana Redonda Enjoy the majestic panoramic views from the top of Montaña Redonda with its imposing 1,000 feet of height, contemplating a paradisiacal landscape of the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic island. *50 minutes transportation from Punta Cana are Inluded on the durtion where you will have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful views of the Dominican countryside. The different plantations of rice, coffee, cocoa and tropical fruits will catch your attention while your guide will provide you with a lot of interesting information about Dominican culture and traditions. 3 hours

2. Miches More than 30 miles of beaches, plains, beautiful mountains and rivers, besides a rich culture and exquisite gastronomy. These attributes make the municipality of Miches a complete and unmissable local experience in the Dominican Republic. Its unmissable coasts of more than 30 miles that include places such as Playa Esmeralda, El Limón, Media Luna, Coco Loco and El Guaco. Miches is a place where land, sea, wind and waves are part of the active tourism by air in paragliding and parasailing; by sea in fishing, diving, sailing and kitesurfing and by land in buggies and four wheels. Miches is a destination that attracts adventurers looking for an enticing experience to break out of the routine, visiting waterfalls that touch the hearts of those who pass through Salto la Jalda, El Cocuyo, Salto Grande, Los Marrones, El Jobo, Los Prietos and El Yabón.

3. Sabana de la Mar The city of Sabana de la Mar belongs to the province of Hato Mayor del Rey and is located in the northwest of the Dominican Republic. It has an approximate population of 17,500 inhabitants. Sabana de la Mar has a natural environment of beautiful rivers, beaches and mountains. The main occupation of the population is fishing, agriculture and small commerce.

4. Live the unique experience of Yanigua Spa, where you will visit more than 15 different types of plantations. Learn how Cocoa is transformed into Nutella and taste it. Explore Tarzan's Treehouse, a 125-foot-tall treehouse with mesmerizing views of the valley. Getting to know the blue amber mine. Enjoy an exquisite all-you-can-eat buffet and non-alcoholic open bar (beers available) enyoing a relaxing bath under a private and virgin waterfall while letting the all-natural clay take care of your skin. *45 minutes to arrive Rancho Salto Yanigua from Los Haitises National Park and 2:00 hours to return to Punta Cana are included on the duration. 6 hours

5. Los Haitises National Park You will explore Los Haitises National Park with its unique rocks up to 98 feet high that jutting out of the water. You will tour its tropical forests which were filming locations for the movie Jurassic Park. You will sail by boat through its lush mangroves and you will easily spot the endangered Ridgway's Hawk, the Hispaniolan Piculet, the Hispaniolan Woodpecker, the Hispaniolan Emerald, as well as pelicans, frigate birds, herons, and many more majestic birds in flight over the park's extensive landscape. You will explore the caves where the Tainos lived more than 500 years ago and you will see the more than 950 pictographic paintings that still remain overthere, handmade by them. *1 hour transportation time from Montaña Redonda is Included on the duration. 5 hours

An unforgettable adventure

I did this excursion with my 16 year old daughter. It was beyond what I expected. If you love off the beaten path excursions this is a must. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. We learned so much about the Dominican culture and had fun doing it! We even had a professional photographer!

This was a wonderful and informative tour. A long day but we really covered a lot of ground ! Every stop was worthwhile and the guide Joel was a true font of information about the Dominican culture and people. I especially loved the waterfall stop with a walk around the farm and lovely home made lunch. I highly recommend this tour.

Joel was a great guide! A day full of fun adventures! Weather was a little rainy, but when emerged from the cave they were waiting with panchos! Bring cash for tips & Visa/MC to purchase lovely souvenirs for yourself or to gift. My daughter had a great time despite the rain. Was worth the long day! They were very professional & ensured everyone had a great time!

This trip was an amazing way to see the country side and authentic Dominican Republic. There were beautiful sites, history, and culture all included. The tour guides were great and made sure we were taken care of throughout the long day. 1010 recommend this experience.

This was an incredible day trip exploring DR. We learnt so much about the island, its history and what they produce. Highlight definitely has to be the organic cacao ranch. The tour guide was amazing
