For comfort we cap capacity at 90 passengers; Coast Guard Certified for 115 passengers.
Tour operator reserves the right to substitute vessels, routes and destinations based on vessel operations, weather and sea conditions without notice.
All passengers must be able to provide identification upon the request of vessel personnel as proof of his/her identity. Due to these changes it is imperative that each guest have a valid ID with them at all times.
Check-in minimum 30 minutes prior to departure of tour at the Lahaina Princess dock at slip 497 of the Ala Wai Boat Harbor.
Tour boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure and closes 5 minutes before departure.
Departures leave promptly at designated times to avoid delays on return times.
Full refunds are eligible with 24-hr notice. Less than 24-hr notice due to medical circumstances a doctor visit note may be required for a full refund.

Excellent experience. Saw numerous whales and one turtle. Staff were really nice and funny. I especially appreciate them caring for people who were sea sick.

Wonderful folks, especially Peter was very helpful and caring reminding us of the danger of being splashed when the boat was about to turn. Overall wonderful experience. They offered free ginger candy to prevent see sickness and gave us a voucher to return for free when we did not see any whales. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. We got to view many whales as well as dolphins. The captain was very informative and the crew was great at tending to everyone's needs.

Great day out with a very experienced crew. Saw Whales, Pods of Dolphins and Turtles in a a jam packed trip. Commentary from the crew was great and they looked after our family and anyone who felt sick.

A MUST DO EXCURSION

This is a must do while in Waikiki. The Captain and crew made sure the guests were well taken care of. Making sure to point out whales, spinner dolphins as well as checking on all that may not have had there sea legs yet. This excursion did not disappoint as we saw at least 15 whales and 20 spinner dolphins. They as a whole did not price gouge and everything was more than reasonably priced. Not often do I feel I under payed but this excursion was a STEAL!! I tired up loading pics as we have many to choose from but they are just not loading. Please enjoy this GREAT excursion
