Fantastic day up close with the glacier

We had a superb day visiting Perito Moreno glacier. From being picked up by our guide we were made to feel welcome and she did a superb job at explaining both logistics of the day and some interesting facts as we drove. This was done seamlessly in English and Spanish.
The trekking on the glacier was breathtaking. The group was split into English and Spanish speakers with a separate guide taking each group. Getting the equipment (helmet / crampons) was very efficient and we were quickly on the ice. There are plenty of stops to see amazing features and take photos so your legs never get tired. You also stop for a whiskey with glacier ice which was fun.
