We took last 21st and 22nd of December a Safari trip via Viator and it was a wonderful experience. First we made the trip to the mainland by boat, which was wonderful and a experience in itself, then we where picked up by our driver Nestor who accompagnied us for two days.
The trip to the park is very longue, about 6 hours with a stop to have a meal. But once arrived in the park, wow, what a beauty.
The driver is very experienced and knows exactly where to go to see the animals.
Overnight we stayed in a lodge, very nice people, food ok.
We returne the next day to the park to continue our tour, but the evening was better then the morning.
Back to Dar es Salaam where we took a small plain to go back to Zanzibar.
Of course, the transfert to and from the hotel was organized by Viator.
Overall, we are very, very satisfied with this trip and the organazation
