We will start by discovering the emblematic places of Poitiers, passing in front of the Sainte Radegonde church and its mysterious princess, Place Leclerc or even Saint-Pierre Cathedral. I will then guide you through the secret streets of Poitiers where you will discover unsuspected mansions, but also alleys steeped in history. This active walk will be enhanced with explanations on the city's exceptional town planning, but also with little-known anecdotes. Together, we will navigate the mazes of History and above all, the mystery that surrounds the walls of our beautiful city.

1. Cathedrale Saint-Pierre Our guide will tell you the immemorial history of the place. 10 minutes

2. Le Palais Discovery of the incredible history of the Poitiers courthouse and the legendary characters who visited it. 20 minutes

3. Hotel de Ville Discovery of the Town Hall Square and its imperial history. 15 minutes

4. Saint-Sauvant We will travel to the galleries and streets of the city center to discover the lost heritage of a religious order or in the footsteps of the first university of Poitiers. 25 minutes

5. Cathedrale Saint-Pierre The millennial heritage bequeathed to Poitiers by the kings will be the subject of a story and a visit. 10 minutes

6. Eglise Sainte-Radegonde Our guide will tell you the epic legends that surround the life of Saint Radegonde. 10 minutes

A guaranted Immersion in medieval France

Coming from Senegal, I've visited many cities in France, but none compare to Poitiers. This city is just emblematic and full of histories. Larry and Paul took me back to medieval times, walking through streets and cathedrals. I'll have plenty to talk about when I get home, and I'd recommend this activity to anyone.
