Overview

Zipline through the oldest rainforest on Earth with Treetops Adventures. You'll explore the rainforest canopy by ziplining up to 15m above the ground. The guided zipline tour provides commentary on the rainforest ecosystem then the guides step back and you enjoy the course at your leisure. The guides are there to help throughout the experience.

Meeting points

Treetops Adventure is located on the right side of Cape Tribulation Rd, 1 hour north of the ferry. The Daintree River Ferry operates 6am to midnight daily. It costs $45 return per vehicle. During busier periods there can be over a 1 hour wait for the ferry. Please plan accordingly.

Itinerary

Jump on our shuttle bus for a short drive to the start of our Treetops Adventure. Our fully guided tour will fly you from platform to platform as you soar through the Daintree! The tour starts with three ziplines spanning between 15 and 30 meters which will lead you to an 8 meter high enclosed viewing tower. There you will be able to enjoy the stunning 360 degree views, whilst our guides share their knowledge of the World Heritage Rainforest. The tour then splits into two smaller groups (and you can choose which course to take!). A number of ziplines are interspersed between suspended walkways and staircases. Each person will experience at least 9 different ziplines in total! A spectacular 130 meter dual zipline completes the tour! Open to nature lovers 3yrs+

We lucked out, the only two on the tour! Millsy was great!

We were originally scheduled for 3, but arrived to Cape Tribulation earlier than we expected and they allowed us to book to the 1 o’clock zip line. We lucked out as we were the only people on this 1 pm time slot. Millsy was great, gave us a lot of information on the plants of the forest and other imperative information on the region.

Family adventure

We did this activity this morning with our three teenage kids and we all thought it was fantastic! What an amazing way to see the rainforest! Milsy our instructor was awesome, he was funny, informative and really encouraging. Would high recommend this for any family wanting a bit of adventure.

Terrific rainforest experience

We did this in the rain, in August. Pretty wet at the end but what a perfect way to see the rainforest. I felt very safe snd secure and the zipping was great fun. Jillian was a great guide—very knowledgeable and very supportive of an older person. Definitely recommend

Exciting Tree Top Adventures

I am an 11 year old girl who did this tree top adventure on July 10. The guide’s name was Winter, he was very funny telling lots of jokes while also being very knowledgeable about the rainforest. There were many ziplines that were very fun. There was even one where you can race each other. The nature and view was beautiful. Definitely recommend to try this.
