Eze/Monaco/Monte Carlo 1/2 day from Villefranche-sur-mer cruise port.

Half day small group tour of Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo September 17, 2022. Guide Fred was a very knowledgeable tour guide, and as he is a Monagasque and currently lives in Nice, was perfect for the history and locale. Eze is a UNESCO preserved old medieval village with great views. Quite hilly and moderately difficult walk from parking site. Gardens at top beautiful with great view, but a little pricey as separate entrance. Fragonard perfume factory store visit of little interest to me but wife enjoyed it. - Short ride from Eze to Monaco, again well-informed by guide Fred, who knew all the shortcuts and exactly how much time to spend in each location; all times were appropriate. We drove all over Monte Carlo, including the entire Formula I race course. Beautiful views - old city of monte Carlo by Prine's palace are quite touristy. Casino, shopping, hotels, etc. were interesting. Overall great 1/2 day cruise excursion in a clean, well-air conditioned Mercedes van. Pick up at Villefranche port parking lot. Would recommend highly.
