We had brunch with Manuel. Every ingredients was made in house, from the butter to the main dish. The location was beautiful. We will definitely be back for the dinner service. It was an amazing experience.

We came to Santa Fe for Christmas with all our adult children - 8 people for a week. Oh this was the absolute best way to start off our trip!! It was simply amazing!! Chef Carolina was so charming, and the food was amazing. We will never forget this experience!
