This is a private transfer so you will receive personalized attention and your motorboat is guaranteed to have no more than 6 passengers onboard. You can choose from 2 different transfer options: ā€¢ Meet and Greet service: If your hotel does not have its own private pier the representative will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the closet embarkation point for your private motorboat departure transfer. If your hotel has its own private pier you will board your private motorboat departure transfer alone and the representative will meet you at the airport and take you to the departure terminal at Venice airport. ā€¢ Full Service: Representative will meet you at your hotel lobby and stay with you until you arrive at the departure terminal at Venice airport.When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice City Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representative 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. It's that easy! For an unforgettable, stress-free departure from Venice, book a private motorboat transfer. This transfer does not service Mestre hotels. Definitely the best option when going from Venice to Marco Polo Airport. Skip all the traffic of the crazy congested city and see Venice from the water. They arrived on time, helped load all our luggage, took us directly to the airport where another person was waiting for us. She greeted us and was very friendly. She helped us take all our luggage directly to the drop-off. I would highly recommend this service.

Our guide was on time and stayed with us until we reached the ticket desk at the airport. The only negative was the water taxi was a little late.

It's always a bit nerve-racking to hope that a pre-booked transfer will be there on time when you have an international flight to catch. This booking went seamlessly. We were met at our hotel by a Viator representative and the water taxi was on time (early) and whisked us to the Marco Polo Airport on the mainland. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Pickup at the boat pier in Venice was simple. Once we arrived at the airport, we were very kindly escorted to the area to meet our connection for our bus transfer for our cruise. This was much better than our pickup from the airportā€¦thatā€™s another story.
