Itinerary

Find out how local coffee is brewed using a little metal filter called a Phin (a version of the French press) to create a flavor that is truly rich and deep. Hear about the steps needed to roast dark beans, so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk. Prepare black coffee, happy white coffee, Hue Imperial salt coffee, and Ha Noi capital egg coffee. Sip your coffee with a cookie at the end of class while taking in good music in a comfortable atmosphere. After enjoyed: white coffee, egg coffee, coconut.... you got the creations then you will make the very unique lantern. The coffee made and we will drink them during the lantern class to reduce the stresfull when you make your own lanterns. Go home with the beautiful and foldable lantern to decorate and enjoy it with a vietnamese coffee making by filter that is the beautiful combination.

Great fun!!

We loved this! Educative and fun!!! Really loved learning how to make the coffees and the guys running the course were very entertaining. Coffee was delicious. Lantern making course was equally as fun. Great instructors and wonderful to come home with a set of lanterns between us. Highly recommended!!

This was a great double workshop! We did the coffee making class first. It was the perfect combination of being entertaining and informative. Loved making all the different types of coffee and the staff were great fun! We then went to the lantern workshop. Again, it was fantastic. Staff were good humoured and very helpful! Great to be able to bring our creations home as a fun reminder of our time in Hoi An. Highly recommend both of these classes! Big congratulations to the businesses that put these together! They are fabulous!

The class was amazing so much fun. The hosts spoke good English al were lovely. It is a a very relaxing activity that gives you a window into hoi an love of lanterns

Super insightful coffee making course. Our teacher “Bruner Mars” was so funny! He was easy to follow along and the jokes were flowing. After that we did the lantern making class which was fantastic and highly recommend!
