Overview

Do you wanna feel the meditating feeling of the underwater world? Or maybe you want to find your inner peace… Or maybe you are just looking for a fun day in the ocean. So why not try Freediving? If Freediving on tropical reefs and exploring marine life interests you more than pushing your limits in a pool or on a dive line then our Try Freediving course is perfect for you! This is a half-day course that covers the basics of safe recreational Freediving. We also called it “Advanced Snorkeling”. This course will allow you together with a buddy to freedive on the reefs and interact with marine animals like dolphins, manta rays, turtles, etc. Except for being a confident swimmer, you do not need any previous experience to participate in the course! Freediving is for everyone!

Itinerary

The first one and half hours you will spend in the classroom in Freedive Nusa Freediving School learning basic theoretical and practical aspects of breath-hold diving. Then you will go in the water and practice your new skills on the rich beautiful home reef right in front of the school. The experience which you will get during the course will make you much more confident in the ocean and will give you much more freedom during swimming and snorkeling.

Highly informative, great facilities and caring staff. We all went out to see the Mantas and our guide made us feel very safe. The care factor for the Mantas well being was also at the forefront. This should be seriously considered when booking a tour in this area because not everyone shares the same mentality

Fantastic place to learn or master free diving

I have joined Freedive Nusa for Komodo trip as well as have done Wave 1 and 2 course with them. They are incredible at every single step of organising beautiful experiences during each day of our trip. The itinerary was planned very well, we saw the best places (even those that other tours don’t take you) and had time to rest in between. The food was fantastic on the boat. I didn’t train after Wave 1 course, but it was very easy for me to complete Wave 2 course due to the team providing me support on each step, setting me up for success with clear guidance and constantly providing feedback how to improve my performance. If I continue my free diving training, I will definitely be back to this school as they are truly unique and care for all their students. There are no better place in Indonesia to learn free diving or enhance your shills.

Best freedive school ever. Kirill knows the best spots in Nusa Penida and Komodo. I was wonder and amazed in Komodo freediving trip with him. Highly recommended. Also i would recommend to try freediving for those who afraid of wave. There is special course for surfers who would like to be more productive while surfing and be more patient in wipeouts.

Heiko was a great instructor. We felt safe at all times and really enjoyed learning how to free dive as a totally different way to be underwater. School grounds were well-kept and very pleasant and all the stuff we encountered were friendly and professional. Thanks Free Dive Nusa!
