A perfect night in Tropea

Thank you Enzo and chef Mimma for such a memorable night. A perfect cooking/dining experience in Tropea. Pick up and return by Enzo was so helpful as we didn’t have to worry about finding transportation. Great location and so much fun learning how to make a wonderful traditional Tropean dinner. I still dream about those zucchini flower fritters! Again, a wonderful evening and one we won’t forget. Thanks again.

Learning to cook with new friends

We enjoyed getting to know our host and chef. At the end of the evening- it was like eating with family. Appreciated the photos taken while we learned how to make pasta and recipes provided afterwards. Will be sending pictures back to the host to show pasta making progress.

Enzo arranged for a perfect evening of cooking and meeting new friends. From start to end, Enzo was charismatic and made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything needed. It was easily the highlight of our trip and he organized everything to a tee - thank you Enzo!

I can’t say enough about what a great experiences I had! Enzo happily picked me up at the train station so I could attend the event and I felt welcome immediately. Our group was small (5 adults) and we got along very well and had a wonderful time learning about techniques used in preparing pasta and other great dishes. Not only was it a wonderful experience, but I made some new friends. After we prepared the meal we had wine, the delicious food we made, and had a chance to get to know everyone. It was truly a memorable night! Thank you Enzo and Mimina for a great night. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone that is looking for something fun to do in Tropea

This was by far one of the greatest things I did during my trip to Tropea. Enzo and Mimina were so welcoming and made us all feel welcome. We had a fun group of 5 people and we worked on the meal preparation together and learned a lot about technique and flavors. Our food was delicious and we had a mini feast at the end with tiramisu, lemoncello, and wine. It was a perfect evening and I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits the area.
