Very rich experience. We followed the lead of a former Bolivian chef to really participate in the cooking ourself. We learnt a lot of knowledge of the local ingredient, and method of cooking, the at the end, the food was very good like a fine dining level. The most importantly, the owner really try to promote local food culture, and he devoted his passion into exploring and preserving this food culture. Hope more people can come to experience this.
